I am forever in search of something new to do to chicken breast. Let me rephrase that....I am forever in search of something
fast, easy, and new to do to chicken breast. So, when I came across this Deviled Chicken recipe and I had all the ingredients, I thought I would give it a whirl. It's definitely not one I would serve to small children, because it packs a surprising little kick. It was spicier than I had anticipated. I didn't know that coating would add that much heat, but it did. I probably should have warned my crew about the ingredients. But, what would be the fun in that....? The chicken appeared to look like the usual fare to them, but it was definitely not. They were all a little shocked and scurrying to refill drinks. All in all, we liked it and it was something new, fast, and easy. And luckily, we all like things a little spicy in this house....and I had a little in house entertainment. ;)
