Hello Only Pasta in the World That Tastes Better the First Day....
I flipped through the magazines and found this Skillet Carbonara Casserole. Sounded fairly painless and I owned all the ingredients except for the Pecorino Romano cheese. And....we haven't had pasta in a while. So, I was in.
I thought this dish was a 6.5-7 out of 10. It made quite a bit (we ate it the next day) which is positive. I had to drag out the food processor for the topping, but definitely worth the effort. The general consensus was it was good....not fantastic, but good. So, if you are in the mood for a fairly painless pasta dish, with a really bacon-y, cheesy flavor...Here you go! (Make sure you have a crowd, because it wasn't a good reheated dish.)
