It can be really daunting to take pictures of the steps of a dish...especially one you have never made before. Also, lots and lots of ingredients are a giant pain too. This is a less is more, Skillet-Glazed Pork Chops, recipe living up to that mantra. It was very easy, very economical (I only had to buy the protein and maple syrup--$7-$8 total for the two), and it was yummy. This was a great pork dish. Even my, "I don't prefer pork" girl liked it (that could be because I told her it was chicken....don't judge. I did it for her own good.). You definitely get a bang for your buck with this one. I also learned a neat trick with slicing the fat or silver skin to make it not curl...Who knew?!?
