This Was So Kid-Friendly, I Think Kathleen Will Only Have To Make One Dinner...

I also owned all the ingredients except for the peanut oil. That was $3-$4....If I was venturing a guess on the total cost I'd say Between $10 and $15 all in, depending on what you already own. But, all in all, we were all pretty impressed. I think next time I will attempt some of the dipping sauces. They looked pretty yummy and fairly easy. I will put this to the Kaitlin and Riley (Kathleen's little ones) challenge. I wish all you two dish, short order cook moms a lot of luck and I really think this dinner is a keeper!! It passed the test in my house!
Oh, and FYI read the section about making them ahead. I'm going to make a giant batch next time and freeze some. Thank you Cook's Country Oct/Nov 2010!

I will tell you how kid friendly they are!!! When Robbert gets back, I will make these!! looks to be more labor than I am willing to invest while he is traveling. I am rather enjoying the find your own food dinner menus ;)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the time off!! It would be cold cereal and spaghetti-o's around this place too if Mark were out of town.... Let me know what you think when you try it!
