I Do Realize That It's No Longer Christmas....

In all the craziness, I forgot I did this dish at Christmas...Go figure.  Oh well, it will give you all a head start for next year or if you have a hankering for turkey anytime between here and the next holiday season, you are set!  I attempted the Cook's Country Slow-Cooker Turkey Breast and Gravy.  I liked this dish.  The gravy was astounding!  I wish I had had the presence of mind to put a thermometer in the turkey so I could monitor the doneness.  The turkey was a little dry but had really great flavors and the gravy saved the day, for sure!  I'd definitely try this again, but would incorporate a thermometer and urge you to do the same.  Happy (eating) Holidays!
