I am sure that the sweet and tangy slaw part of this dish is really good, I just don't prefer coleslaw. I substituted the healthy slaw with homemade mac and cheese and green beans. The elastic waistband I am forced to wear today after eating said mac and cheese, is letting me know that I should probably learn to like the slaw.
This was an amazing pork chop recipe. Everyone loved it and it was so easy!!! It was a 30 minute meal even with all the pictures. I highly recommend this one. And if you try it with coleslaw and have a comment on it, please feel free to comment away!
