I don't know about your family, but my family loves their desserts. When they asked me if I could do a magazine dessert...how could I say no? I wanted something simple and I like to keep the ingredients to a minimum. I flipped through and found a cream cheese pound cake. What's not to love about cream cheese and pound cakes? Well, I mean, besides the fact I was going to have to skip the next three meals to fit into my pants to eat it. I finally caved to the whims and fantastic metabolisms of these kids of mine.

Where Are My Sweatpants Cream Cheese Pound Cake |
Well, the process wasn't as easy as I thought. Nothing crazy hard, but not like making a cake out of a box. I loved the fact that I had most of the ingredients on hand and only needed to pick up the cake flour and cream cheese...but what I really loved was how amazing this cake was. I think the next time I make it, I will do a strawberry topping. You can really do any kind of topping you want, or not at all. It's one of
those kinds of desserts. I was going to do a little taste test (just to be able to relay what I thought about the cake to the blog), but I kept finding myself stealing a little piece here and there. The more I ate, the more I liked it. What are you going to do? Wear sweatpants, I guess.
