I'll Cook Anything With the Word "Minute" in the Title

I'm not super discriminating when it comes to cooking.  I have even become, some might say, fearless...at least where Cook's Country magazine is involved.  I am, especially, easily swayed when it comes to fast and easy.  When I saw the word 'minute' in the title of my next recipe, Improving Minute Steaks, I knew it would be a match made in heaven.  I guess the word 'steak' helped also, but I digress.

Minute Steak with Seasoned Butter
This was such a fast dish to cook (have your side items ready). Not only that, but so inexpensive.  I, maybe, spent $10 including the side items, to feed a family of five.  I don't know about you, but that makes me super happy! I was already voting this was a winner before I even tasted it.  Luckily, my family agreed.  That seasoned butter was out of this world!  It really packed a seriously good and fresh flavor.  Good job, Cook's Country!  Can you do more like that one?!
