I can't believe I have never thought to do this! The folks at Cuisine at Home are genius. Frozen pizza dough...who would have thought? Well folks, it works. I was skeptical, but I had no reason to be. This was a very straight forward recipe.

Garlic-Herb Rolls |
I will say that my people didn't love them. I had rolls left over (that never happens in this family). With that being said, it was what went into the butter compound that they didn't care for. The recipe calls for chopped garlic, dill, and chives. I think next time I make these I am going to use powdered garlic (I didn't enjoy the small chunks garlic-too much of a good thing). I am also going to skip the dill and chives and maybe sprinkle dried Italian seasoning instead. They didn't specify how much salt to add and I guess I pour my salt like I pour my adult beverages, with a heavy hand. Oops. So, definitely take it easy with the salt. Maybe just a teaspoon or so.
It must be said. I love carbs. I also love when I cook something that looks from scratch and like it took a great deal of time and preperation, but actually was super easy. And I love wine. This goes into two of those catagories. I guess you can't have everything.
