When I think back to the reason why I (and Kathleen...tag, you're it, by the way) started this blog to begin with, it was to hopefully step out of the box I had found myself in, when it comes to food. And maybe, just maybe come across something new and exciting to add to my existing repertoire. Maybe even forcing me to do so. And in turn, when I find something worth while, sharing it with all five of you. Or even if it didn't turn out, maybe there is something to learn and still share. Or not. Whatever. You get the idea.
That brings us to what I tried last week, that I couldn't wait another day to post. This had to be the easiest, yummiest, something new I have made in a while. After you get the chicken off of the rotisserie bird...it maybe took five minutes and made the best chicken taco I have ever had. It made 12 tacos and there wasn't even one left. This was a fantastic and
super easy dinner. If you try nothing else from the blog....this is one you can't pass up!! I promise. I only even have 4 pictures (including the recipe) to add because the process was so easy and self explanatory. This is a 100%
must try!
Enjoy! And you're welcome. :)
